Marc Sauter has traveled the world extensively to expand his knowledge about wine and after 24 years in the
restaurant industry, he continues to share his passion for food and wine as a sommelier and wine educator
here at ZoŽs.
As a member of the Guild of
Sommeliers, Marc has achieved the status of ďAdvance Master Sommelier CandidateĒ within the Court.
In 2005 he was awarded ďService Professional of the YearĒ for Southeastern America by Santť Magazine and Top 34 Wine Lists in Northern America by Wine Enthusiast Magazine,
as well as being the recipient of the Wine Spectator Award for his wine lists for the past seventeen years.
