Zoës received Portfolio Weekly's "Crystal Stem Award" for our superior wine program. Our in-house sommelier, Marc Sauter, is available to assist you with any questions about selections, pairings, or just to expose you to something new and different.

 

We serve over 40 different wines by the glass, and over 525 by the bottle.

Master Sommelier Marc Sauter

Marc Sauter has traveled the world extensively to expand his knowledge about wine and after 24 years in the restaurant industry, he continues to share his passion for food and wine as a sommelier and wine educator here at Zoës.


As a member of the Guild of Sommeliers, Marc has achieved the status of “Advance Master Sommelier Candidate” within the Court.


In 2005 he was awarded “Service Professional of the Year” for Southeastern America by Santé Magazine and Top 34 Wine Lists in Northern America by Wine Enthusiast Magazine, as well as being the recipient of the Wine Spectator Award for his wine lists for the past seventeen years.
