Sensory Analysis Wine Class

It's like taking a semester of college and compacting it into 3 hours. Come learn how to dissect a wine's origin, variety, quality level, and year it was grown. So much to learn, but Marc takes the complicated and breaks it down to the simplest form. After taking Sommelier Marc Sauterís Sensory Analysis Wine Class, the subject of wine will be much more understandable, and most importantly, fun!

Come sit and sample premium scotch whiskeys expertly paired with dishes painstakingly composed by ZoŽs' new, Executive Chef, Jesse Wykle! Jesse and ZoŽs' resident Scotch Whiskey expert, Stewart MacDonald-Doyle, worked in tandem to choreograph an incredible menu designed to showcase both the scotch and the food.
